Oatmeal cottage cheese pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 C. raw Old Fashioned Quaker Oats2 egg whites1/4 C. Cottage Cheese - 2% milkfat1 tsp. Vanilla1 T. Splenda1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
In Blender or Magic Bullet put in egg whites, Oatmeal, Cottage Cheese and seasonings. Blend. Add fresh/frozen fruit if desired. Blend in if desired or leave whole.

Drop 3-inch size batter into hot non-stick skillet. Cook until brown on underside and turn over.

Serve with Sugar Free Maple Syrup.
