Stuffed Green Peppers w/Turkey

4 green peppers1/2 cup uncooked rice1/2 cup onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 C tomato sauce1 t tabasco1 T garlic powder1 t Worcerstershire sauce
Cut the tops off the green peppers and scoop out all seeds. Blanch the peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Chop garlic and onion, brown ground turkey with onion and garlic. When brown add 1/2 cup uncooked rice, 1 cup tomato sauce, Worcestershire. Let simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Add garlic powder and tabasco to remaining tomato sauce. Drain peppers and stuff with turkey mixture. Place in deep oven proof pan. pour the remaining tomato sauce over peppers and back at 350 for 25 minutes.
