Moroccan Rice Salad

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)Peas and carrots, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 200 grams (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Prepare rice as you would normally.
DIce potato and cook it until it is ready.
Dice Red Pepper
When rice is done cool it in a large bowl. Add the cooked potato and Red Pepper. Add in same bowl defrosted peas and carrots. Stir thoroughly. Then add light Mayo and stir until all through the salad. Serve warm or cold. It is good both ways.
