Real Homemade Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
1 egg yolk2 cups milk1/4 cup flour or cornstarch1/2 cup sugar2 tablespoons cocoa1/8 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon vanilla extract4 tablespoons mini-chocolate chips
Directions
In a small bowl, using a wire whisk, mix the egg yolk and milk together well.

In your saucepan, mix together the dry ingredients until well blended. Slowly stir in milk/egg mixture. Go easy - you don't want it lumpy (use your wire whisk). Heat over low heat and continue to stir until mixture thickens.

Pour into pudding cups. Sprinkle the top with the mini-chocolate chips (they will melt - this is a good thing. Swirl before you inhale.)
