Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1 medium zuchinni, chopped2 medium carrots, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped2 cloves garlic, chopped1 28 oz. can, crushed tomatoes2 15 oz cans, kidney beans, drained & rinsed4 cups vegetable broth1 tsp oregano1 tsp basilpepper to taste
Directions
Makes 10 1-cup servings

place all ingredients in crock pot, set on low and cook for 8 to 10 hours

serve with rice or pasta
