Ingredients
6 potatoes pealed and cut in bite size pieces15 baby carrots1/4 c chopped onion5 cups water1 12 oz can evaporated milk3 tbsp parsley dried1 tsp saltpepper to taste1/4 c butter4 chicken boullian cubes
Directions
mix all ingredients in a large pan. cook on low for 1 1/2-2 hours covered.
makes 8 1 cup servings.
