Fruit Salad with Noodles

Ingredients
1 c. acini de pepe noodles1 can pineapple tidbits in pineapple juice1 sm can of mandarin oranges1 c splenda3 egg whites2 T. all purpose flour.1 container of fat free cool whip
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. Drain juices from pineapple and mandarin oranges into a med pot. Put fruit aside. Stir in egg whites, splenda, vanilla, and flour into juices. Cook on med heat stirring constantly until juices thicken. Pour over noodles and set in fridge overnight. Before serving, combine noodles with remaining fruit and fat free coolwhip.
