1 15.5 oz can of pumpkin1 can of non fat evaported milk2/3 c of Splenda3 egg whites or 1/2 c of egg substitute2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
Spray pie pan (I use a glass pan), preheat oven to 400. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and cood an additional 45 minutes. To test to see if done, insert a metal knife in the middle of the pie, if it comes out clean, it is ready to come out of the oven.
