Banana Muffins with Ground Flax Seed

2 cups Whole Wheat Flour2 ½ tsp Baking Powder½ tsp Baking Soda½ tsp Sea Salt1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed1 tsp Ground Cinnamon½ cup Becel Butter - 50% Less Calories1 cup Splenda2 Eggs6 tbsp Milk1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, flax seed, and cinnamon and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, cream butter and splenda, add eggs and mix until smooth.
3. Stir into butter mixture, milk and mashed banana. Mix Well.
4. Fold in flour mixture into the liquid ingredients until combined.
5. Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 of the way full. About 70-80 grams each.
6. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degrees over for about 22 minutes.
