Extra Lean Ground Chicken Meat Balls

Ingredients
Ground Chicken MeatballsINGREDIENTS: 1.2 pound ground chicken1 tsp butter (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft)1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup dried stove top soked in water1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add onion and garlic
4. Cook and stir until tender, about 5-7 minutes
5. Remove from heat and place in medium bowl.
6. Add bread crumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, and mix well.
7. Add chicken; mix gently with hands just until combined
8. Form into 1" meatballs.
9. Place on lined cookie sheet.
10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked.
