Asian Style Vegetable Stir Fry

1 tsp garlic1 small onion2 stalks celery1/2 cup brocolli1 carrot1/2 cup snow peas1/2 cup cabbage1/2 cup spinachYou can add other vegetables of your choice for this dish. Add tofu or noodles for a heartier meal.
Finely chop the garlic and fry in oil until tender, add chopped onion and continue to cook until glassy.
Add all other vegetables, chopped into bite sized pieces ans stir fry for a few minutes.
Mix soy sauce, Oyster sauce and Peanut Butter with 3 tablespoons hot water and pour over vegetables.
Continue to stir fry for three more minutes, or until vegetables are done to your liking.
