8 oz Fettuccine 1.25 cups Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free4 tsp. Flour, white1/3 cup Cream Cheese, Fat Free3 Tblsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated1/4 tsp. Nutmeg, ground1/8 tsp. Pepper, black1 Tbsp. Parsley
cook pasta as directed by package
Meanwhile, combine broth and flour in medium sauce pan. Stir in cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, nutmeg and pepper; cook 2 minutes stirring continuely with whisk until mixture boils and thickens.
Drain pasta. Toss with sauce. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and parsley.
