4 slices of your favorite sugar free lunch meat1 slice of deli style cheese1oz cream cheeseyellow or brown mustard (optional)2 leafs of lettuce1 dill pickle spearfold the cheese slice in quarterscut the pickle into quarters or if small, use 2 and cut in halfhalf each of your lettuce leafslay out the lettuce, add mustard at one end of the lettuce leaf, top with 1 piece of meat each, then piece of cheese, spread on cream cheese, top with pickle and roll it up
