Irene's stuffed cabbage

Ingredients
green cabbage, lean chop meat (90'10), onions , canola oil, brown rice cooked and 2 cans tomato soup.
Directions
cook cabbage partially. saute onion in oil add to ground beef, cook rice as directed and add to beef, onion mixture. Mix well adding salt and pepper to taste. Remove leaves and place on counter. I cut the thick center off. Put ground beef mix on leave and roll turning sides into middle. Place in saucepan. Cover with soup and l can water. Cover and cook over low heat until meat and cabbage are fully cooked.
