Slow cooker beef stew meat

Ingredients
1 lb. beef stew meat1 can diced tomatoes4 cloves garlic1 tbsp. italian seasoning2 cups chicken/beef broth
Directions
Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and mix. Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low setting. Serve over bed of warm noodles or brown rice.

    Good flavor, but the meat was dry according to my husband.

    Edible, but the meat was tough and dry. I sliced the 4 garlic cloves n half. Or, maybe I needed more tomatoes, I used a 24 oz. can, we'll see next time. - 9/10/09
