Slow Cooked Beef Stew

Ingredients
2 carrots, chopped1 medium onion, chopped1 medium potato, chopped1 lb, stewing beef, cubed1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp ground sage1 Tbsp ground thyme1 Tbsp paprika1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 cup flour2 Tbsp olive oil1/4 packet dry onion soup mix2 cups water2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
1. Dredge cubed beef in flour, salt and pepper.
2. Brown Beef in 1 T olive oil. Add to crockpot with vegetables and spices, and water.
3. Cook onions and garlic in 1 T oil, add to crockpot.
4. Stir all ingredients, cook on low 10-12 hours.
