Gluten Free Hazelnut Brownies

Ingredients
125 gms butter2 cups unpacked brown sugar125 gms chocolate buttons (melts)1/3 cup cocoa powder1/3 cup rice flour1/3 tsp baking powder1/3 tsp guar or xanthum gum3 medium eggs1/2 cup lightly roasted hazelnuts
Directions
Melt the butter, sugar and chocolate together (I nuke in the microwave).
In a cake mixer put the melted ingredients as above. Sieve the dry ingredients and add to the melted. Mix thoroughly. Add the eggs one at a time and then the roasted hazelnuts. Pour into a greased and lined slice tin (I use a 22cm square one). Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes.
This can be cut much smaller than the 8 serves indicated.
