Cornmeal Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal1 cup flour1/3 cup white sugar3 teaspoons of baking powder1/2 teaspoon of salt1 cup of milk1 egg, well beaten2 Tablespoons of oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease muffin tins. Mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add the milk, egg and oil and blend well. Spoon into the muffin tins and bake until lightly brown on top.
