Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
Whole wheat flour, oats, agave, buttermilk, baking powder, egg, canola oil, water
Directions
Combine all the dried ingredient together and mix well. In a separate bowl, wisk together the oil, buttermilk, water and egg. Mix with the dry ingredients. Heat the waffle iron, coat lightly with cooking spray. Add a generous 1/2 cup of batter per waffle and cook until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes. Serve with jam or maple syrup
