Gnocchi - tomato

Ingredients
500 grams of gnocchi300 grams fresh mushroomscan of diced tomatoes200 grams zucchin40 gram olivesone chorizohand of fresh basil/parsleyclove or two of garlic1 tsp olive oil1 diced onion
Directions
Place oil in pan, gently fried garlic & onions until soft. Add other vegetables, tomato paste and chorizo. When almost cooked add olives and fresh herbs. In another pan heat water for gnocchi. When the gnocchi rises to the top remove and add to the tomato sauce. Serve on bowl and sprinkle with 1 tbs parmesan cheese.
