Ingredients
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Original Spray, 10-15 sprays or Olive Oil No-Stick Spray ( I like Crisco)2 tsp of minced garlic1 medium squash, sliced1 medium zucchini, sliced
Directions
1. Add "butter" and garlic to skillet on medium-high heat. Stir for 1 minute.
2. Add zuccchini and squash.
3. Sautee for 5 minutes. Turn slices over for another 5 minutes or until semi-translucent.
3. Bring heat to low and cover for remaining 5 minutes.
***Serve with grilled chicken breast and brown rice for a high protein, high fiber, low fat meal!***
