steak and bean chili

Ingredients
1 lb beef chuck chuck tender-cut in bite size1 cup flour1-14.5oz can petite diced tomatoes1-15oz s and w black beans rinsed and drained1 tbsp dried parsley1 tbsp dried onion1 tsp blk pepper1 tsp paprika1tsp. chili powder
Directions
coat beef in flour-season w/salt and pepper
heat olive oil in pot
add beef and brown on both sides. scrap bottom of pan when done but do not remove. add beef broth cover and simmer for one hour or until meat is tender. add tomatoes, beans and onion,parsley,paprika and chili powder. simmer covered for 30 minutes.
