Individual Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 flour tortilla (8 inch)0.25 cup of Low-fat or 2% shredded cheese3 Tablespoons of barbeque sauce4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
Directions
Heat oven or toaster oven to 375 degrees.

Spread barbeque sauce on the tortilla. Sprinkle the chicken on the tortilla. Top with the cheese.

Place on a cookie sheet and cook in oven or toaster oven until tortilla is as crisp and brown as you like and the cheese is melted, about 5 -10 minutes.

Makes 1 individual pizza.
