Easy Hamburger Stoup

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 bag frozen vegetables for stew (celery, carrots, pearl onions, potatos)1 small bag frozen peas ( you can use any frozen veggies you want - just recalculate calorie count)64 oz V8 juice
Directions
Brown hamburger in non stick skillet. Drain. place cooked beef in crockpot. Add V8 juice and frozen vegetables. Cook on low 6-8 hours.

I have also made this on the stove on the weekends. I just let it simmer a few hours to blend the flavors.

Makes 8-10 serving of 1 cup.
