1 BAG QUAKER WHOLE OATS, ADD PUMPKIN SEEDS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND ALMONDS (YOU CAN VARY THE NUTS AND SEEDS TO YOUR DESIRE). BLEND THE MAPLE SYRUP AND HONEY IN A MEASURING CUP, WARM TO LIQUID AND STIR TOGETHER, THEN POUR INTO OATMEAL NUT MIXTURE, BLEND WELL, ADD SPICES - CINNAMON AND NUTMEG IF DESIRED.

PLACE ON TWO LARGE COOKIE SHEETS LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. THE PAPER JUST MAKES IT SO EASY TO DISPENSE INTO A CONTAINER AND ALSO KEEPS THE OATS FROM STICKING TO THE PAN. COOK ON CONVECTION SETTING IN 300 DEGREE OVEN FOR 20 - 25 MINUTES, WATCH TO BE SURE IT IS TOASTING AND NOT BURNING, STIR TWO OR THREE TIMES DURING COOKING TO BE SURE OATS ARE COOKED THROUGH AND TOASTED.
