Easy Summer Salad

To make the salad for two people you will need:12 leaves of romaine lettuce, washed & dried3 oz of matchstick carrots, washed & dried2/3 of a medium cucumber2 Tbsp dried cranberries, (I get mine in the produce section of Walmart) &2 Tbsp Sunflower SeedsSalad Dressing of your choice, this is not included in the calorie count.
Wash and chop everything into bite size pieces and place into two bowls. Serve with dressing of your choice. The dressing is not included in the calorie count. Enjoy. We sometimes will add cooked chopped chicken leftover from the previous nights dinner to make it a more filling meal.
