Ingredients
* Spaghetti, cooked, 2 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, sliced into thin strips, 3 ounces * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices * Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped * Garlic, 2 cloves minced * Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) * Chili powder, 1 tbsp * Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped * Parsley, 10 sprigs * Egg whites, 2
Directions
cook noodles until tender. drain.

combine chili powder, garlic, 1/2 cùp broth, and chicken strips in a pan and simmer ùntil chicken is cooked.

bring remaining brother to a boil. add carrots, cabbage, and parsley, boiling for 1 minùte. drain. (save broth!) mix with the noodles.

poach egg whites.

place noodles and veggies in a bowl with 1/4 cup broth. place egg whites in the center. spoon chicken and saùce over entire dish. top with chives.
