Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

3 boneless, skinless Chicken BreastsEgg Noodles, enriched, 3 cupDiced Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)Baby Carrots, raw, 30 mediumOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedChicken Broth, 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Garlic, 3 clovesPepper, black, 2 dash
Wash and cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Add chicken broth, cubed chicken breasts, carrots, finely diced garlic, diced celery, generous dash of black pepper, and diced onion to large stock pot. Heat to boiling for approximately 10 minutes.
Add egg noodles, reduce heat to medium and continue to cook approximately 7 minutes. Allow to stand 5 minutes before serving.
Makes 10 1.5 cup servings.
