Soft Cocoa Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
3 eggsdash cream of tartar2 oz cream cheese2 tsp dry cocoa powder3 tsp dry sweetener1/2 tsp almond extract
Directions
It is important to preheat oven to 300 for the meringue.
Seperate eggs, beat whites with cream of tar tar until stiff peaks form.
Mix cocoa powder, sweetener, extract and cold cream cheese in a bowl and cream with a fork once creamed add eggs then fold gently into egg whites and put one spoonful on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300 for 30 minutes allow to cool slightly then remove and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
Makes 16 cookies
