Creamy Spinach Fettucine with Shrimp

Ingredients
* Spinach Pasta, cooked, 12 oz * Cream Cheese, 4 oz * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup * Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 4 Tbsp * Shallots, 1 tbsp chopped * Garlic, 6 tsp * Milk, 1%, 1/2 cup * Shrimp, cooked, 1 lb
Directions
Boil pasta while you are sauteing shallots, tomatos and garlic in olive oil and butter. Add the cream cheese and milk and stir until smooth. Add parmesan cheese and shrimp and toss in fettucini. Simple and yummy.
