Turkey Beer Chili

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground turkey1/4 chopped onion14 oz can petite diced tomatoes14 oz can hot chili beans4 ox canned sliced mushrooms6 oz whole wheat spaghetti1/2 light beer32 oz can tomato juice1 tbsp black pepper1 tbsp cumin1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper2 tbsp chili powder
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil
Add turkey and brown
Add can diced tomatoes, canned beans, canned mushrooms, pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, chili powder and 1/2 beer - cook until beer is nearly gone (approx 15 min)
Add tomato juice and bring to a boil
Add pasta and cook 10 minutes
Let cool and serve
