Stir fry barramundi

Ingredients
1 stalk Broccoli (not the flower heads) sliced roughly5 Asparagus - whole spears.5 cup been shoots1 tbsp lemon zest1 tbsp fish sauce1 tbsp lemon juice (or verjuice)Some of the ingredients listed above differ because they were not on the list, but are the nearest I could find. Barramundi is a sweet white-flesh (thick) fish rather like Schnapper. Yummo!
Directions
1 serve

Cut fish into chunks (3 cm square)
Season well with salt & pepper

spray wok with oliveoil spray and quickly brown fish.
Add vegies and str fry for a few minutesuntil slightly softened but still crunchy. Add fish, fish sauce lemon juice and zest (or Verjuice). Shake around wok until fish cooked to your liking.
Eat slowly and savour :)

I add a couple of mild chillis for a slight tang but not enough to overpower the delicate fish, and I like the colour.
