Homemade sugarfree chocolate pudding

1/2 C Splenda2 Tb cornstarch1/8 tsp salt2 C fat free milk1/3 C Cocoa powder2 egg yokes2 tsp vanilla extract
In a sauce pan over medium heat add splenda , cornstarch, salt and cocoa powder. Mix . Stir in milk gradually. Heat until it thickens,
While the pudding is heating beat 2 egg yokes in a separate bowl and set aside. After pudding has thickened pour half of the hot pudding into the egg yokes and mix well then pour this mixture back into the sauce pan and heat until it boils. Stir while it boils for about 1 minute and then remove from heat and add the vanilla. Divide into 4 servings. Enjoy. You can eat warm or chill it. I put mini chocolate chips for a garnishment. Its about 126 calories per serving depending on how heavy you go on the garnishment.
