Turkey Breast with Gravy

Ingredients
1 (6 pound) bone-in turkey breast1 medium onion, quartered2 celery ribs, sliced1 Tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning1-1/2 tsp garlic powder1-1/2 tsp onion powder1 tsp rubbed sage1 tsp paprika2 Tbsp all-purpose flour1 cup water1 cube chicken bouillon
Directions
1. Place turkey breast in a shallow baking pan; coat the outside of the turkey with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Tuck onion and celery underneath in the breast cavity.
3. Combine seasonings; rub over turkey.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 185 degrees F, basting every 30 minutes. Remove turkey and keep warm.
5. For gravy, combine flour and water in a saucepan until smooth. Add pan drippings and bouillon. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil for 2 minutes.
6. Slice turkey; serve with gravy.
