Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Soya Suace reduced sodium3 Cloves of Garlic pressed or diced1 Cup of Beef stock 1 Tbsp Olive oil extra virgin1/4 tsp pepper5 tbsp Cornstarch5 Tbsp water3-4lb roast (eye of round or any type)
Directions
Mix the liquid ingredients to make a marinade. Marinate and refirgerate overnight. Place roast and marinate into slow cooker. 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 on high. Remove roast. Mix cornstarch and water. Take reserved liquid from cooker and strain. Place in pot. Slowly add the cornstarch and bring to boil. Reduce to desired consistency.
When marinating you can add cloves and remove when making gravy. Serve with carrots and a starch. Makes a great winter meal.
