Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 1/4 cup, grated Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped Sour Cream, 1/4 cupNasoya Nayonaise Soy-based Sandwich Spread, 3 tbsp Yellow or spicy brown Mustard,1/2 tspSalt, 1 dash (vege-sal is good for this!)Splenda, 2 tsp Cider or Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Put veggies in a bowl.
In another small bowl, mix together sour cream, Nayonaise, mustard, vege-sal or salt, vinegar, and Splenda.
Pour dressing over veggies and toss. Eat!
