4 C kefir6C non fat milk1T vanilla extract1/4 C. pure maple syrup3/4 C. non fat powdered milkCanning jars with lids
heat milk and vanilla to 180 and then cool to 120. Add kefir, pure maple syrup and stir with a whisk till blended. I sterlize my jars and lids then, I put it in 8 oz canning jars and put the lids on. I then put them in my oven at 120 degrees and they stay there from 3 to 5 hours depending on the consistaency I want. Larger jars need more time and smaller ones may need less. MAKES ABOUT 12 CUPS OF ORGANIC GREEK STYLE YOGURT!
