Upside Down Inside Out Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
1 can Grands Reduced Fat Golden Wheat buscuits2 cans Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup, divided2 cups low fat shredded cheddar cheese, divided1 can mixed vegetables, WELL drained1 cup rotisserie chicken meat
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces
Toss dough pieces with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and half of the cheese.
Spread dough mixture in a sprayed 2 1/2 quart glass baking dish.
Sprinkle mixed veggies over dough pieces.
Mix chicken and remaining soup.
Spoon chicken mixture over veggies.
Sprinkle casserole with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
