Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Ingredients

2cups rice cooked6tblsp parmesan grated3/4tsp salt1/2tsp herbs3 egg whites1/2 cup fontina cheese4 cups broccoli1 cup chopped onion3/4 egg substitute 3/4 low-fat milk1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 bread crumbs
combine rice, parmesan, salt, herbs, egg whites, spread mixture in 11x7 baking dish. Sprinkle fontina on mixture.
Cook broccoli (steam or boil in water till slightly tender)
Saute onions
Mix broccoli and onions then spread on rice
Top with cheddar
Combine egg substitute, milk, salt, pepper, whisk spread on broccoli
sprinkle breadcrumbs on top
Bake at 400 for 23
