1 tablespoon McCormick® Caribbean Jerk Seasoning1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves1 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Allspice, Ground1 tablespoon water1 1/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
1. Mix Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, thyme, onion powder, allspice and water in small bowl to make a spice paste.
2. Rub spice paste on both sides of chicken.
3. Broil on high or grill over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through
Note: I cooked mine in a skillet for most of cooking time and then transfered it to the oven (bake not broil) to finish cooking. It was looking dry...but turned out very tender and juicy.
