Grilled Ahi Tuna Steaks

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup lime juice1/8 cup balsamic vinegar1/8 cup rice vinegar2 cloves garlic presed4 TBS fresh cilantro, chopped fine2 TBS ground ginger root2 - 3oz ahi tuna steaks
In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, vinegars, garlic, ginger, and cilantro.
Add tuna steaks, cover, let marinate for up to 4 hours in refrigerator.
Drain steaks and discard marinade.
Preheat gril, high heat, with sprayed rack. When grill is hot, reduce to low, and place steaks on grill. Close lid and cook for 2 minutes, flip, and cover again, for about 2 minutes. Open lid and continue cooking until barely done. Ahi is best with a warm pink center.
