Max's Mexican Turkey Meatloaf

Ground Turkey 93% lean - 1 to 1.5 LBSQuaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - dry - 1/2 cup(you might need a sprinkle more if it is too moist to form)Sam's Choice mild Southwestern Black Bean & White Corn Salsa - 6 to 8 tbspChili Powder - 2 tbspOnion Powder - 3 to 4 tbspBlack Pepper - 2 tsp
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, seasonings, dry oats, and 6 tbsps of salsa. When well mixed, form into a loaf and place into a roasting pan or on baking sheet. If the mixture is very moist and does not easily form a loaf, you can sprinkle in more oats until it comes together easily but is still moist. Spread the remaining 2 tbspns of salsa over the top of the loaf. Place in oven preheated to 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. (internal temp of 160 degrees F on meat thermometer) This meatloaf is delicious hot and at room temperature. Eat and enjoy.
