Easy Skillet Chicken Dijon

4 Boneless skinless chicken breast fillets (about 4-5 ounces each - raw)1.5 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Cloves Garlic - minced3 Tbsp White Wine3 Tbsp Dijon Mustard3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Heat oil in a skillet; then add the minced garlic and cook, stirring often for about 3 minutes. Add the chicken breasts and saute until browned.
In a separate bowl, mix wine, soy sauce and mustard. Pour over the chicken. cover and cook until done. Spoon the sauce over the chicken when serving, or pour extra sauce into small dipping dishes to serve.
