Reagan's Spanish Rice

1 cup brown rice1/3 cup chopped onion1/3 cup chopped bell pepper2 tbsp olive oil2 cups (approx 1 can) chopped tomatoes1 cup water1 tsp salt1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp yellow mustard1 OPTIONAL beef bouillon cube
suate rice, onion, and pepper in oil until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Once it boils, reduce heat and simmer about 40 minutes (less if using white rice) or until liquid is absorbed. The nutrition info does not include the optional beef bouillon cube which will increase sodium content. Whit rice will increase the calories as well
