Garden Patch Pasta Salad

Ingredients
6 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.*2 cups rotini pasta cooked and drained1 cup Italian salad dressing**1 cup (4oz.) Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack CheeseLettuce leaves and chopped tomatoes, optional*See previous list of vegetables, or add your own favorites.** Can substitute for light or fat free.
Directions
COMBINE vegetables, rotini and salad dressing in a large salad bowl.
COVER; chill several hours.
TOSS salad with cheese just before serving. Serve on lettuce with chopped tomatoes if desired.
