Chicken, baked with cheese and potatoes

Chicken breasts, no skin, ready to cookPotatoes, sliced (about 6-7 baby potatoes)Onions, raw, thin slicedMexican Cheese Mix (or other low fat cheese)Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. In oven safe casserole lay chicken (with salt and pepper to your taste), potatoes, Mexican cheese mix, onions and Parmesan in order.
3. Bake around 20-25 minuets or until cheese is light brown.
4. Enjoy!
(My father in law suggested heavy cream on top but I do it law fat and find absolutely delicious!)
