3 whole large eggs3 whites only eggs2 cups pork fried rice reci
Makes 7 1/2 cup servings 109 callories add 23 callories if you use a full serving of my gravy.
Heat a non stick skillet,no hotter than you would want to fry an egg. Spray with light vegetable oil spray. Stir mixture well and dip one half cup into the skillet as you would pancake batter. Cover patty with a lid and allow to cook for about 2 minutes, turn patty and cook on the other side until the egg is set 2 to 3 minutes, transfer to a warm plate and continue to cook patties until batter is used. You may need to respray your skillet ocassionally.Topped with my Non Fat Beef Gravy this is a delicious dinner or lunch entre and I haven't served it to anyone that hasn't really enjoyed
