Bulgar and Chickpea Soup

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tspOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 tspWater 6 cupsVegetable bouillon, 2 tspCoriander 0.5 tspCumin 1 tspCinnamon 0.25 tspRed pepper flakes 1/8 to 1/4 tspSalt Sense 0.5 tspTumeric 0.25 tspBrown rice or Bulgar 1/2 cupChickpeas 14 oz can, rinsedMushrooms 1 cup sliced
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in oil until softened- about 3-4 minutes. Add water, spices, and bouillon, and bulgar or rice. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add chickpeas and mushrooms and cook about 4 to 5 minutes more.
Makes 6 1 cup servings.
