Easy Hamburger over Rice

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1/2 lb white mushrooms (sliced)1 green pepper (chopped)1 red pepper (chopped)1 large onion (chopped)2 cloves garlic1 family size can Cream of Mushroom SoupWater3 cups cooked long grained brown rice
Directions
Brown ground beef in non-stick pan, drain excess fat. Add all of the vegetables to ground beef and cook until soft (about 3-5 minutes)
Add cream of mushroom soup and enough water to make a thick sauce (1/2 -1 cup). Serve over brown rice.
