Fresh and Healthy Apple cake

Ingredients
2 eggs beaten2 cups splenda1 1/2 unsweetened apple sauce1 tsp vanilla3 C Flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon3 C Apples Chopped
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 defrees. Beat Eggs and add splenda, Applesauce, and vanilla. Stir. In another bowl add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture add to egg mixture. stir again. Add apples. Stir batter will be gooey. Place in 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 35 - 40 minitues or until lighly brown.
